Mid-Winter Mayhem – Rockmania

It’s that time of the year again when we all converge on Brakpan’s own motorsport Colosseum for a spectacle of fumes and smoke with The Rock Raceway’s mid-year Rockmania.
For those that have not experienced the festivities, Rockmania is a day unlike any other in that several forms of motorsport can be witnessed on the hallowed tarmac of Brakpan’s very own motorplex.There will be Hot-Rod oval action with various classes entered, 200m heads-up drag racing, Formula N short circuit racing, Legends short circuit racing as well as a drifting competition.
Management has upped the ante and there will be a stunt performed on the day. While our best efforts to find out details have yielded little results, they assure us that it’s a stunt that has never been seen before.
The gates to this event open at 12pm and the action starts at 1pm and will carry on into the night.
Entrance is R50pp with children aged 6-12 paying only R20.
